Hi. We are thinking of taking a 7 night cruise early march 2012. does anyone have any experience or tips for this cruise and if the weather is ok then. Blue Lagoon Cruises. Blue Lagoon Cruises bringen Sie zu den schönsten Inseln Fidschis, wo Sie unberührte natürliche Schönheit erwartet; atemberaubende
Just remember that early March is still the cyclone season, and cruises can be cancelled at that time if the weather is not looking good, hence I guess cheaper prices at that time.
Sounds like you had an awful time. There is nothing worse that having a bad holiday experience. Next time try one of the many beautful islands for your holiday in Fiji.
We stayed in a hibiscus cabin - we looked at upgrading and decided it really wasn t worth it and I couldn t think of anything worse than staying our cabin drinking the free mini bar. I think the orchid cabins may be slightly larger though?..but you wont be spending a lot of time in your cabin.
Hi Basill_Mo, Thanks for that :) Those were the reviews I had seen, read, and drooled over!! But, as they are 5 years old, I was just wondering if this cruise is still as amazing as it was back then.
If you transfer this to the reviews section of this site everyone looking at Blue Lagoon Cruises will be able to see it. Glad you had an amazing time
The Blue Lagoon Cruise has always been one of our favourite things to do in Fiji. We had never done a week cruise before, though, and it was such a treat to just have some time to ourselves (and leave the kids at home!). The cruise travels through the Mamanuca Islands (which I actually see a lot as a wedding photographer since they are conveniently located closest to Nadi and service a lot of tourism and weddings) and then heads up to the Yasawas (absolutely beautiful group of islands that take longer to get to, and therefore we don 8767 t get out there as much). I love the Yasawas!!! THIS is what Fiji is.
Its very much communal dinning - and the tables are layed out so that people meet and mix - it was a great experience and we met some awesome people.
Zurück an Bord wird Ihnen ein „Thali“ Abendessen Buffet nach indischer Art serviert und Sie können an Bollywood-Tänzen teilnehmen.
My advice, look to other cruise lines as the premise of travelling through the Fijian Islands is still a great one. Captian Cook Cruises looks a much better alternative.
